Hey Guys!

I apologise for the fact that I have been so MIA here lately… but the good news is I am back and I have some serious catching up to do.
Recently the guys at LQ Liquid health reached out to me to see if I would be interested in trialling their product- which I agreed to do.

For those of you who have followed me for a while, you may recall me uploading daily videos of myself taking it. The packaging is good, and the formula itself comes in little test tube bottles, which is convenient if you are always on the go. 

So firstly let me give you some product information: I received 10 daily 50ml bottles, which have been scientifically formulated to support healthy skin, hair and nails. It contains collagen, hyaluronic acid, biotin & resveratrol + 5 other active ingredients (more active ingredients than 10-12 pills). LQ’s high bioavailability means it’s easier to absorb and they say there is a greater benefit from each dose compared with other supplement brands.

So when I come to taking the product I struggled to get past the taste. I wish I could tell you it tastes amazing but it doesn’t – it reminds me of the after taste in your mouth from an activia Yoghurt (which I don’t like). After a few days I did get used to the taste and then one of the lovely ladies at LQ suggested I put it in a smoothie in the morning. This was a total game changer and problem was solved. However I must state that I do know people who take this daily and they really enjoy the taste… so me not liking it is just me being fussy!



During the 10 day course I took, I felt better in myself generally.

By the end of it my skin was nice and clear and my hair felt stronger and was visually shinier, my nails also felt somewhat stronger. I highly rate this product and it is something that I will continue to use.

Hello my Lovelies,💓 Happy Easter! Hope you are all having a fabulous day and enjoying the sunshine. I realise that I have been super slack lately and I apologise for this, life has been super busy. But I am back so look out… Ha! Something that has really been grinding me down lately is how people see and talk about cellulite. Cellulite is natural and normal and the society that we live in needs to learn to be more accepting of it. He y Guys,  I have to be honest, I hate fat shaming! As a plus-sized woman, I am definitely familiar with fat shaming. Sometimes it’s intentional, sometimes it isn’t. Sometimes it is out there, sometimes, it comes with a side of concern or laugher. Either way, there’s no doubt that fat shaming happens everywhere - at home, at college, in school and at your workplace.
